Conflict Resolution Strategies for Nursing Leaders

Directions:

After studying Module 5: Lecture Materials & Resources, discuss the following:

  • Why is it important for nursing leaders to have effective conflict resolution skills?
  • What are some common sources of conflict in healthcare settings, and how can nursing leaders effectively address them?
  • Can you share examples of successful conflict resolution strategies used by nursing leaders to resolve interpersonal conflicts or organizational disputes in healthcare teams?
