Rough Draft of Evidence-based Project Proposal

In this assignment, you will use your scaffolded assignments to create a rough draft of an Evidence-Based project Proposal. 

Your paper must include an Abstract and Table of Contents. Your goal is to translate evidence into practice and achieve the desired outcomes outlined in your project proposal.
