Beginning with the figurehead, engagement at all levels is required to establish a profound relationship of integrity that inspires workers to make the necessary commitment to make their institution succeed.

When the culture of accountability is generated in an organization, workers learn to appreciate and positively criticize each other (Ghanem&Castelli, 2019). This will create trust and loyalty between the administration and the staff. Everyone will start taking responsibilities without any necessary supervision hence the success of the organization. Accountability also encourages honest conversation among workers.
