Introduction
At times, ethical decision-making can be a challenge for organizations. Often the decision may seem appropriate but can result in a less-than-desirable outcome. Stepping into an ethical gray zone can have a strong effect on an organization’s effectiveness. This discussion will look at a particular ethical issue and its impact on employees.
Initial Post Instructions
