Introduction
At times, ethical decision-making can be a challenge for organizations. Often the decision may seem appropriate but can result in a less-than-desirable outcome. Stepping into an ethical gray zone can have a strong effect on an organization’s effectiveness. This discussion will look at a particular ethical issue and its impact on employees.

Initial Post Instructions

Do you think it is ethical for employers to track their employees? Why or why not?
How would you feel if you learned that your activities had been tracked?
In your opinion, are there acceptable actions that companies could take?
Are there unacceptable actions that companies should not take?
