I need to write three probablr risks that might take place in a University, specifically University of North Texas.

Give definition of the risk, give statistics of that particular risk in the U.S ( include graphs), and give real life examples of those risks if they have happened before at the University of North Texas.

I have an example of how to do it.

Workers compensation

Tailgating

Insurance liability for cars parked on school porperty
