The garage area

Purpose:

Prevent trash and unwanted items in the garage. “If a parking area is dirty, has a poor layout, or looks unsafe, clients and visitors develop a negative image for that business,” (Morton, Jennie, 2012)

Policy:

the garage will be maintained by the assigned cleaners, the mechanical engineers, and the designated hotel valet only. Any unrelated materials should be kept away from the garage.

Procedure:

the designated cleaners shall ensure that the garage is well-cleaned every time. The mechanical engineers shall be the only people who will be servicing the vehicles in the garage (Jones & Lockwood, 2002). The designated valet drivers will be the only people who park and move vehicles from the garage.
