- use a recipe book
- enter the original recipe information on the left and the modified on the right
- Calculate the %’s indicated in the chart
- Describe the modifications made to make it a healthier version. Also add if there is anything else you would change to make it even healthier.
- You may need to research online for some #’s for grams etc.. (MyFitnesspal.com is good for calculating some of these #s)
