For this week’s discussion, please share your thoughts on conflict management in health care. Here are some ideas to get you started:
- Why is it important that health care leaders learn effective conflict resolution strategies? Which conflict resolution strategies do you use most frequently?
- Discuss a common cause of conflict in health care organizations. What are ways to reduce the likelihood that these types of conflicts will occur? How can you address these conflicts when they do occur?
- Is conflict always bad? Explain the rationale behind your answer to this question.
