Book – Chapter 7 and 8, which begin on page 221 of the attached word doc.
Each section should be a minimum of 75 words each.
Teaching new employees about the sources of power and communication techniques for in-person and virtual negotiations.
Provide a teaching plan for an organization that you work for, have worked for, or would like to work for in the future.
**As you define each source or technique and please include scenarios to help employees understand how to utilize each source and technique for your company**
**This teaching plan will be addressed to new employees and should include the following:
1. Provide an introduction on Communication and Negotiation power – 75 words
2. A profile of the clients your company serves – 75 words
3. The types of negotiations your company encounters – 75 words
4. Sources of power in negotiation – 75 words
5. Communication techniques for in-person and virtual negotiations – 75 words
6. How the communication techniques can be used at this organization – 75 words
7. Provide summary – 75 words
