After completing the Tolerance for Change Questionnaire Activity

Consider your results and respond to the following questions:

Do you agree with the results of the assessment?Why or Why Not?
Were there any surprises in the results?
Do the results help explain how you have reacted to change in the past?
Now that you have a better understanding of how you react to change, how will this impact how you address change in the workplace?

Discussion #2 (150 words)

Identify at least one thing (process, procedure, etc) you would change about the organization you are working for.
What would it be and why?
Do you believe company leadership would be receptive to your recommendation for change?
How would you manage change in this organization?
