- Review the HCBHC media in this week’s Learning Resources.
- Consider who the organization’s stakeholders are. Where does environmental support come from? Who do you think needs to be informed and influenced so that they can become a program champion?
By Day 4
Post the stakeholder analysis that you completed in this week’s Assignment. Explain the sources of environmental support for the organization. Then, selecting two of the stakeholders you identified, explain how you would engage each to influence them to become program champions.
Read a selection of your colleagues’ postings.
By Day 6
Respond to at least two colleagues’ postings by explaining similarities and differences between each colleague’s stakeholder analysis and your own. Include a rationale for why these differences might exist. Alternatively, explain an additional way you might engage particular stakeholders to inform them and influence them to become program champions.
Be sure to support your postings and responses with specific references to the Learning Resources. Use proper APA format and citations.
