Purpose:
This assessment will prepare you to improve cultural competence in healthcare delivery.
Instructions:
Scenario: Dr. Patel is the director of a community health clinic serving a diverse population. Recently, several patients from minority backgrounds have reported feeling misunderstood and marginalized during their interactions with healthcare providers. Dr. Patel recognizes the need to promote cultural competence and foster inclusive leadership practices within the clinic to address these concerns and improve patient outcomes.
