Why do I have to suffer from this constant pain?”

  1. After actively listening to Mrs. Jones, what is your concern as the RN?
  2. What would be your primary actions to address the concerns of Mrs. Jones as the RN?
  3. Provide an example script of how you would report your concerns to the health care provider. For example: “Hi Dr. Smith, this is Nancy and I am the RN caring for Mrs. Jones in room 346. Mrs. Jones is experiencing…”.
